For years tight clothing gained the spotlight. And the saying “if you got it, flaunt it” is all too familiar with girls and young women. Well now loose-fitting clothing is taking over the stage. It shouldn’t matter what size, color or shape you are; everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin or, in this case, their own outfit.
Whether you’re on the romper bandwagon or not, they’re here and they’re here to stay for a while. If you aren’t a fan, I suggest at least giving a solid color romper a shot. Black would be best. Throw on a cute denim jacket with some gladiator sandals and a thin gold necklace and you have a perfect outfit for summer.
If you enjoy the grown-up over-alls as I like to call them, then go crazy with the prints. Aztec and floral are a favorite. These are great for wedges too.
Flowing maxi skirts are the center of attention this season. The awesome thing about this item is that material is not a concern. From tulle to cotton to satin, maxi skirts are a simple piece to make an outfit come across as well thought out.
You can really play up a maxi skirt by adding flowers in your hair or, if you want a more sophisticated look, try a chic pony tail with your favorite pair of earrings
Tunics are another great way to look stylish whether you have five minutes or five hours to get ready.
These are secret items. What I mean by that is you can wear them in a bunch of different ways and nobody will know. One way to wear it is with a pair of leggings. If the tunic is solid, you know what do with those accessories. And if you choose a print, definitely choose solid leggings. A little goes a long way especially with an oversized shirt (that’s meant to be oversized).
Loose-fitted clothing is a really stylish way to be comfortable and look put-together all in one.
